What is Fresh's?

Fresh's is a premium food online ordering company, specialized on the development and delivery of healthy plant-based dishes in collaboration with great chefs from all around the world. Our passion for food made us combine experienced chefs and culinary talent with top technology and logistics.

How does Fresh's work?

Fresh's allows you to order your favorite healthy dishes online. You will have to enter your postcode on our website and select the dish you wish to get delivered. After giving us your delivery address and payment details, we will deliver your order after a few moments only.

Where does Fresh's get the recipes from?

Fresh's focuses on healthy plant-based dishes. Together with talented chefs from all around the world, we develop new and creative recipes on a regular basis. 

Why doesn’t Fresh's deliver to my location?

We are constantly expanding our service. Please subscribe to our newsletter and we will inform you the moment we launch Fresh's in your city or area.

Does Fresh's also provide corporate solutions?

Why are your products not bio-certified?

Not all our products are bio-certified, since bio does not always mean better quality. We are passionate about providing you with the best product quality possible. If an ingredient is of high quality and bio, we will also source and use it to prepare our dishes with.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We source the best quality products available. The basic ingredients of our dishes are hand-picked and from top suppliers with sustainable practices.

How can I contact you, if I have questions about your dishes?

If you have questions about our our dishes or your order, please send an e-mail to info@freshs'de. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I order at Fresh's, if I have a special request?

You can send us your special requests during the ordering process by using the field “Further information regarding your order“, which you will find in the shopping cart. We then will do everything possible to prepare your dish according to your individual preferences.

Order

Do I need to create a user-account?

In order to place an order at Fresh's, you usually don’t need a user-account. However, we would like you to know that some functionalities may be restricted for unregistered customers. A registration has various advantages. For example, only registered users can redeem a voucher on our website .

How can I place an order?

You can order on our website very conveniently with just a few clicks. Our opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 10:45 am until 6:00 pm.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes the minimum order value is 9,50 Euros. However, we don’t charge a delivery fee, you only pay for the dishes you wish to order.

How long do I have to wait until I receive my order?

Currently, it takes 22 minutes on average from the moment you receive your order confirmation e-mail until your order is delivered.

Do I have to tip the driver?

This is totally up to you. If you would like to tip one of our drivers, please note that they will keep all of it.

Does Fresh's also have vouchers?

If you register on our website, you will receive a voucher for your first order. In order to redeem your voucher code, please log in into your account, enter the voucher code into the “Coupon-Code“ field and click on submit.

How do I know that my order is being processed?

After you complete your order, we send all order details to our responsible kitchen, which usually accepts the order within a few seconds. We then send you an order confirmation e-mail.

How is the food packaged?

The packaging we use has been carefully selected from a great number of suppliers to maintain the temperature of your dishes to the greatest extent. This way we ensure that your dish remains fresh and tasty.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order as long as we have not sent it to our responsible kitchen. If you want to cancel your order after we forwarded it to our kitchen, we are afraid that you will still be charged for it, since our kitchen will have already started with preparations.

What happens, if I cannot make it to the delivery address in time?

Our drivers will call you the moment they reach your delivery address, if they cannot find you. If you are unable to be there, please contact us as soon as possible at info@freshs.de. Once our driver reaches your address they usually wait up to 10 minutes before they return to the kitchen. In this event, we are afraid that you will be still charged for your order.

What can I do, if something is wrong with my order?
